During normal working hours there's no call-out charge for a quote — we'll come and assess the job and tell you what it will cost before we start. Emergency and out-of-hours callouts may carry a charge that we'll always make clear up front, so you know where you stand before we attend. You'll never get an unexpected fee added afterwards.

Yes. Any work involving gas — boiler repairs, servicing, installations, and gas appliance connections — is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. It's a legal requirement for gas work in the UK, and our registration number is available on request. Never let anyone who isn't Gas Safe registered touch your gas appliances.

For genuine emergencies like burst pipes, major leaks, or a complete boiler failure in winter, we prioritise getting to you as fast as we can. If water is pouring in, we'll often talk you through shutting off your stopcock over the phone while we're on our way. We aim to make your home safe first, then carry out the permanent repair.
